We move in on Place des Cardeurs. A real terrace, more visibility, more room to do things right.
Here we are
Today
Five people, seven days a week. Dough fermented for 48h, oven at 450°. We sharpen every detail.
Five pairs of hands.
You can have the best ingredients in the world — if the dough is off, it's all over. It's that simple.
Two in the kitchen, two on the floor, one juggling it all. No turnover, no trainee learning on your tab. We know each other, we cover each other, we've got our own rhythm.

In summer, the terraces spill over until 11pm. In winter, the room fills up and the oven runs even hotter.
We have 24 seats inside and 20 on the terrace. Not huge. But that's exactly what we're after: you feel welcomed, not just served.
