At Di Micheli, dessert is no minor end to the meal: it's the final note of our Italian cuisine in Aix-en-Provence. Since our family trattoria opened in September 2021, on Place des Cardeurs, we have prepared our sweets in-house, in the same spirit as our Neapolitan pizzas and fresh pasta. A team of five makes sure every plate, right down to dessert, stays true to the way we work.
Our homemade tiramisu remains the menu's must-have: an Italian sweet prepared on site to round off the meal in style. We have chosen a deliberately tight menu and fresh produce, with no frozen food, because that feels right to us. Fewer desserts, but desserts we fully stand behind, made with the same care as the rest of our cooking.
